  • 「 付款後 」您會收到第二個 email – 處理中,表示我們已確定收到款項、有現貨及訂單資料無誤,並正在為您備貨中。

送貨後 • 第三個電郵

  • 「 送貨後 」您會收到第三個 email – 已完成,表示我們已把您的貨品交由順豐送達,及運單編號給你查詢。

 送貨時間:

  • 送貨時間 :  星期一至六,11am 至 8pm,星期日 & 公假不設送貨。每張訂單只限單一送貨點。

1. 購物低於指定金額,運費點計 ?

  • 答) 購物低於指定金額,客戶將需要順豐到付所有運費

2. 結帳及付款後,所買入的產品及帳單是否已經被接納 ?

  • 答) 當客戶結帳及付款後,會收到第一個電郵標示 – “保留”,這時候客服需要進入系統確認訂單準確無誤,如果出現缺貨或帳單價錢有偏差 ,客服將會即時Email聯絡客戶,以進行修改。如賬單準確無誤,客服將會發出第二個電郵標示 –  “處理中”,才確認這筆交易已經被接納。

 3.買了件體積太大,使唔使加錢㗎 ?

4.買回來發現貨品有損毀,咁點算 ?

  • 答) 貨物有任何非人為損毀,請在收到貨品後 7 天內 ( 例 : 今期五收到,需下期五 6pm 前 ),Email 聯絡本公司職員。

5. 送貨當日八號風球或黑雨,咁點算 ?

答) 天文台發出八號颱風 / 黑雨警告,送貨將取消,直至天氣回復正常再送貨。
